**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and foster strong relationships with existing distributors and potential customers.
- Plan, prepare, and conduct business opportunity talks, and presentations and follow up on distributor activities (Organize Seminar/event/area meeting)
- Provide timely sales and marketing strategy information to management.
- Familiar with the use of social media (FB, Website, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc)
- Flyer preparation (product, promotion, etc.)
**Requirements**:
- At least Diploma, Bachelor’s degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in Direct Selling/MLM background.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Expected to work occasionally in evenings and weekends.
- Willing to travel outstation.
- Your ability to converse fluently in verbal and written of English and Mandarin.
- Your eagerness and interest to act and push the market.
- Your flexibility and readiness to travel, self-motivation and job dedication.
- Your character as result and detail-oriented individual.
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus

- 100% (required)
