About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Gym Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting gym memberships and driving revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales:

- Conduct gym tours and provide informative presentations to prospective members.
- Close sales deals effectively by understanding customer needs and presenting compelling membership packages.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members to ensure customer retention.
- Assist in planning and executing gym promotions and events.
- Provide excellent customer service to all gym members and guests.
- Address member inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for all gym members.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and customer service (preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for fitness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English,Malay and [Other relevant languages, if applicable].
