Position Title: Store Supervisor - Fashion Goods Distribution

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse/store in a fashion goods distribution company. This role ensures efficient inventory management, smooth workflow processes, and team coordination, while maintaining high standards of tidiness, accuracy, and timely order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management
- Oversee the arrangement and organization of inventory to maximize efficiency and accessibility.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate supply and timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate inventory records in coordination with the inventory management system.
- Implement measures to minimize inventory losses or damages.

2. Process Flow Management
- Supervise and optimize the picking and packing process to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor and refine operational workflows to improve efficiency and minimize delays.
- Oversee the proper handling, labeling, and storage of goods.

3. Manpower Arrangement
- Plan and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all tasks.
- Assign daily tasks and ensure that team members understand their roles.
- Provide training and guidance to staff to enhance productivity and adherence to company standards.
- Motivate and manage the team to meet performance targets.

4. Planning and Coordination
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Procurement) to ensure smooth order processing and dispatch.
- Plan for peak periods or promotional campaigns by coordinating manpower, inventory, and resources.
- Develop and maintain contingency plans for unforeseen challenges (e.g., delays, shortages).

5. Tidiness and Organization
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.
- Ensure all goods are properly labeled, stored, and arranged to maximize space efficiency.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and housekeeping standards.

6. Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, order processing, and team performance.
- Identify and report operational bottlenecks, suggesting improvements where necessary.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take action to achieve targets.

7. Compliance and Quality Control
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods to meet customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve any issues related to product quality or order accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of supervisory experience in warehousing, inventory, or retail operations, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- Skills:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Education: Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Work Environment:

- This role is performed in a professional office environment.

- Working hour: 7.30 am to 5.30pm

**Salary**:
Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
