Store Supervisor

**Duties of Store Supervisor include**:
- Maintaining smooth operations of stores.
- Provide personalized consultation and styling advice for customers.
- Motivate team in delivering boutique KPIs and implementation of key initiatives.
- Responsible in presenting merchandise desirably in accordance to suggested guidelines and maintaining a tidy store consistent with client expectations.
- Identify training needs and assist in training and guidance of team members.
- Foster a team working attitude, open to provide and receive constructive feedback, be a role model to other employees.
- Supervises team performance, providing customer service levels and operational feedback to management.
- Coordinates, liaises, and assists customer on service-after-sales (repair).
- Assist in inventory management, roster planning and cashiering services.
- Perform assigned duties per requests from Store Manager & Management.

- At least 3 years of retail or hospitality experience, demonstrating supervisory responsibilities in previous employment(s).
- Computer literate; familiarity using POS systems.
- Extremely personable, positive, and approachable.
- Fantastic customer service skills.
