**Job Description**:

- Responsible to sustain (Troubleshoot & Repair) back end equipment - Package saw, Solder ball attach, Laser cut and Laser mark uptime above the targeted goal.
- Responsible to complete all the scheduled PM & conversion within the stipulated time with no further issue.
- Responsible to sustain MTBA, Repeat Alarm & OEE above goal.

**Qualifications**:
REQUIRED:

- Certificate / Diploma in Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronic or Equivalent.
- Must be able to work in 12 hour shift
- Able to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia

PREFERRED:

- Familiarity in computer system & computer network
- Familiarity in MS Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook
- Able to work independently
- Have a good interpersonal skill
- Fresh graduate

SKILLS:

- Knowledge in Basic Troubleshooting Flow (Electrical & Mechanical)
- Knowledge in Electric / Electronic Component
- Knowledge in Tape & Reel AOI, Vacuum Oven, C-Sun Oven, Ultrasonic Lidding, Auto Labeling, Ink Mark, Laser Mark, Mimaki, Packing Machine will be an added advantage
