As a **Junior Account & Admin Executive**, you will be the key person who manage the daily accounting functions and assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Prepare and maintain the financial records, documents and reports.
- Generate quotation and purchase orders to suppliers based on the requirements.
- Create and issue sales invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Check and reconcile daily transaction statements, bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support the department and assist in administration task as and when required

**In order to success in this role, you will need to have**:

- Diploma/ Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant.
- Minimum 1 year of related working experience
- Detail-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong excel skills
- Strong ethics with an ability to manage confidential data

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
