**Key Responsibilities**:

- Experienced in Manufacturing sector with conduct regular risk assessments across all areas of the operation to identify potential hazards and vulnerabilities.
- Ensure that all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.
- Assist to
- Follow the safety and security protocols to prevent accidents, incidents, and security breaches.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOSH, DOE Act and BOMBA Act regulations and guidelines.
- Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and sustainable practices.
- Assist in monitoring emergency response plans, including fire safety, evacuation procedures, and crisis management.
- Assist to conduct drills and exercises to ensure preparedness.
- Work together with HOD on a system for reporting incidents, near misses, and safety concerns.
- To oversight the subordinates and employees in the HSE team member.
- To become secretary to the safety and health committee.
- To monitor the safety in organizing and implementing safety and health program at the workplace.
- Maintain accurate records of all HSE-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Participate in regular audits and inspections of facilities and operations to identify areas of improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in relevant role or industrial manufacturing.
- Certificate in occupational health and safety (Valid Green Book Holder) in preferred.
- Well versed in OSHA act & regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics.
- Experience in writing and able to prepare report and provide statistical information to upper management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
