We are looking for:
Safety Officer

Industry:Electrical/ Infrastructure

Location:Senai, Johor, Malaysia

**Job Description**:

- Ensuring Workplace Safety: Develop and enforce safety guidelines, conduct regular safety inspections, and ensure employees adhere to safety protocols.
- Risk Assessments: Identify potential hazards, assess risks, and implement measures to minimize workplace risks.
- Training and Compliance: Provide safety training to employees and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and laws.
- Incident Reporting: Investigate workplace accidents, analyze causes, and recommend preventive measures to avoid future incidents.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
- Proven experience as a Safety Officer, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian safety regulations.
- Occupational health and safety certification (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in safety training and accident investigation.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive safety approach.
