**Job Description**:

The Work Life:
Provide first level technical support using documented procedures and available tools.
Escalate issues in time to resolve customer issues quickly and to their complete satisfaction.
Identify and provide input on unique/recurring customer problems so that handling can be improved, or even better, the issue eliminated entirely.
Keep our customers informed about our line of products and services, and how best to consume them.
All You Need:
Driven by customer satisfaction - always deliver outstanding customer service.
Strong spoken and written communicator (multilingualism will be a plus point), friendly, energetic.
Happy to work in shift rotations (the contact centre does not sleep)
*Only serious applicants for Customer Support Consultant role (1 year contract) will be entertained.
*24 hours rotational shift.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
