Leasing Executive

**_ Leasing Management_**

Manage and lead leasing team including but not limited to tenancy management, planning, and development.
- Source for prospective tenants for the Mall.
- Planning and executing strategies to enhance the revenue and potential earnings of the Mall.
- Responsible to plan month-month promotion (thematic fair) to invite the potential tenants to launch and promote their products in Mall at the concourse.
- Plan & coordinate with the A&P team on monthly advertising and promotion (Tenant Promotions)
- Planning and maintaining tenancy mix in the Mall in a medium / long-term plan.
- Attend to tenancy-related matters, including negotiation, renewal, and handing over of units.
- Attend to the walk-in potential tenant (customer/prospect).
- Supervising the entire operations process for new retail outlet opening and meeting the opening deadline.
- Maintain good communication and business relations with tenants to enhance good landlord-tenant relationship.
- Prepare tenant listing report for renewal
- Monitor and manage the Mall tenancy management policies:

- Prepare Proforma
- Prepare TA
- Tenant’s Signature
- Prepare invoice & payment collected

**_Job Requirement:_**
- Diploma/Degree in Leasing/Marketing/Estate Management/Property Management/ Retail/Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in retail mall leasing.
- Well known in Microsoft office excel & word.
- Able to work under tight deadlines, resourceful and disciplined.
