Job Responsibilities:

- To formulate Company marketing strategy.
- To lead marketing team towards achieving Company objectives.
- To report to General Manager / Managing Director on sales business performance.
- To organize and chair sales performance meeting
- To plan and review Company sales performance and provide assistance to Sales Manager and Sales Staff for sales activities planning.
- To provide input for pricing planning.
- To set sales target from time to time
- To liaise with Production Department on the feasibility of sales order received.
- To ensure quotation is issued once request from customer is received.
- To ensure that “Sales Order” are issued once the order is confirmed.
- To ensure sales personnel have sales visit planning and preparation before visiting customer.
- To organize logistics / transportation for sending of goods to customers.
- To attend to customer complaints - receiving and replying customers’ complaints.
- To attend to receiving and replying customer claim and recording of customer claim in “Customer Claim Report”.
- To ensure that investigation are carried out to ensure that claim is genuine for replacement of product or refund.
- To conduct “Customer Satisfaction Survey” on an annual basis.
- Any other tasks assigned by superior or Management.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales and Marketing: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin & English (preferred)
