About the role

Ang Trading & Motor Credit Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Muar, Johor. What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
  2. Manage and coach a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training and motivation to ensure high performance
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities and closing sales
  4. Analyse sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and improvement
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  6. Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to drive sales and stay ahead of the competition

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably within the sales industry
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
  4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  5. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  6. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
