**Peranan dan Tanggungjawab**
- Memberikan sokongan pentadbiran kepada Sales Team untuk memastikan kelancaran operasi harian.
- Menguruskan pemprosesan pesanan jualan dari awal hingga selesai, termasuk penyediaan sebut harga, pesanan pembelian, dan invois.
- Menjadi penghubung utama bagi pertanyaan pelanggan melalui telefon, e-mel, dan WhatsApp, serta memberikan maklum balas yang pantas dan profesional.
- Mengemas kini dan menyelenggara rekod jualan serta pangkalan data pelanggan dengan tepat.
- Menyelaraskan dengan jabatan lain seperti logistik, kewangan, dan operasi untuk memastikan penghantaran pesanan tepat pada masanya.
- Menyediakan laporan jualan berkala untuk pihak pengurusan.
- Menguruskan urusan pentadbiran am lain seperti yang diarahkan.
**Kelayakan dan Kemahiran**
- Sekurang-kurangnya Diploma atau Sijil dalam Pentadbiran Perniagaan, Pemasaran, atau bidang yang berkaitan.
- Pengalaman bekerja minimum 3-4 tahun dalam persekitaran pentadbiran jualan atau perkhidmatan pelanggan.
- Kemahiran komunikasi yang cemerlang dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris (lisan dan tulisan).
- Penguasaan Microsoft Office (terutamanya Excel dan Word) adalah wajib.
- Mahir menggunakan sistem CRM atau perisian pemprosesan pesanan akan menjadi kelebihan.
- Berorientasikan kepada perincian (detail-oriented), teratur, dan mempunyai kemahiran pengurusan masa yang baik.
- Berkebolehan untuk bekerja secara berdikari dan sebagai sebahagian daripada pasukan.
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
