**The Person**:

- Possess a minimum of SPM or Diploma.
- **2 years’ experience for diploma or 5 years’ experience for SPM**:

- Good computer skills & MS Office.
- Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Pleasant and cheerful personalities

**The Role**:

- Screening and timely attending to visitors to CEO's office and notify the CEO’s secretary immediately.
- To ensure all managers at Level 20 receive their daily newspaper and if any short fall to inform immediate supervisor.
- Acknowledge courier and registered mail delivered directly to Level 20 in the record book and ensuring the mail is handed over to the user at Level 20 on time.
- Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary.
- Administrative tasks e.g: key in courier dockets and preparing the couriers monthly payment done timely.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties as and when require
- Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlight any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
- Other responsibilities entailed.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
