Handle the full spectrum related documents to all the relevant party and handle shipping documents of import, export, cross-trade and trans-shipment (BL, Pre-alert, Permit, etc;)
- Verifying of vendors / carriers / exporters documents
- Preparing/Issuance of customers invoices and/or co-loaders/ agents debit/ credit notes / SOA / Update shipment tracking report
- Filing all shipping related documents
- Backup support for colleagues that needs assistance or on leave/medical leave
- Participate ad-hoc and Project tasked assign by the management

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or GCE 'O' Level and above
- For Senior position, minimum 1-2 years of working experience in logistics industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proactive and diligent
- Fluency in English & Mandarin

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
