**Responsibilities**:

- Handle daily administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.
- Maintain and update project files, contracts, and reports.
- Assist project managers and site supervisors in coordinating construction activities.
- Track project schedules and ensure compliance with deadlines.
- Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth operations.
- Prepare and submit necessary permits, licenses, and regulatory documentation.
- Ensure safety and compliance standards are met as per industry regulations.
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
- Act as a liaison between office and site teams to facilitate smooth communication.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Mandatory: Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
- High School diploma in Business Administration, Construction Management or related field.
- Min1-2 years in administration experiences, have construction industry experiences will be a plus.
- Knowledge of construction processes & terminology is an advantage.
