**Job Title: Quality Control (QC) - Food Manufacturing**

**Job Scope**:As a Quality Control (QC) professional in a food manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for ensuring the production of safe, high-quality food products that meet all regulatory standards. Your role will include conducting quality inspections, testing raw materials, monitoring production processes, and identifying any quality deviations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect and test raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with food safety standards and quality specifications.
- Monitor the production line to identify potential quality issues and take corrective actions when needed.
- Document and maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, and any quality control deviations.
- Collaborate with production and processing teams to address quality concerns and improve production processes.
- Ensure that all products meet local and international regulatory food safety and quality standards.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in internal audits and quality system improvements as required.
- Ensure proper labelling and packaging standards are adhered to.

**Job Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- **Academic Requirement**: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: This is an entry-level position, so no prior work experience is required, but internships or practical training in food manufacturing, quality control, or related fields will be a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO 22000, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify deviations in product quality.
- Good communication skills for reporting and liaising with production teams.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
- Work Location: Taman Klang Jaya

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
