Strong technical expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, NextJS, Git, PHP, PHP frameworks, and CI/CD tools is essential, along with experience in leading teams, managing complex projects, and delivering scalable solutions. The ability to mentor team members, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple projects effectively will be key to your success in this role.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- First 3 months: Conduct a comprehensive review of the current Xsolla website architecture, identifying areas for optimization and delivering a prioritized action plan.
- First year: Lead the successful redesign and implementation of critical features to improve the website’s performance, scalability, and user experience by at least 20%.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the engineering team, ensuring timely delivery of features and updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and product, to align the website's functionality with business goals.
- Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
- Mentor and support team members in technical growth and career development.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security protocols.

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading engineering teams or projects, with a focus on website development.
- Expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, and NextJS for front-end development.
- Strong knowledge of PHP and PHP frameworks for backend development.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools for automating development and deployment processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

**GOOD TO HAVE**:

- Experience in website performance optimization and SEO best practices.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Previous experience in the gaming or fintech industry.
