We are looking for **Customer Services Executive **to act as a liaison between document processing and all import and export shipment details. Our client is located in **Klang**, and is a full-service logistics & cargo company. They provide storage and transportation services catering to various cargo types, such as hazardous, perishables, temperature-sensitive and fragile.
- Maintain contact with **shipping lines and trucking** companies and any agents that will be handling the freight to ensure shipper and consignees are aware of any problems.
- Answer all Customer inquiries promptly and notify customers of any delays in shipping and dispatching.
- Issues billing based on approved charge codes and rates, Invoicing and collections follow-up
- Assist sales in Compiling Quotes by providing rates, tariffs etc.
- Maintain good record keeping and filing system for all financial documents, office files and documentation.
- Plan, organize and manage own workload to ensure your contribution to the company’s monthly reporting process is achieved in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide full range of administrative support for team when necessary; any other job assignment required by the superior from time to time

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma qualification in the related field
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Botanic Capital, Klang.
- Computer literacy and competent Microsoft excel
- At least 2 year experience customs and declaration
- Experience in classification K1 & K8 custom forms
- Well verse in custom form declaration
- Experience in dealing with HS code
- Required a person with computer literacy
- Able to start immediately would be advantage

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
