Image Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd - Professional, Experience and Reliable with complete range of supply chain and logistics service over 20 years’ experience in industry.
- Basic understanding and fundamental in logistics industry.
- Strong teamwork player and open to adapt the changes,
- Possess ownership mindset
- Open job, process orders and requests and maintain customer accounts by recording account information at system.
- Managing Incoming calls & Mails from customer and reply on a timely basis.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow up and liaising with other internal departments for arrangements and two-way handling of information.
- Maintain customer’s account by updating information by sending daily report to client.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Achieve monthly set KPI’s and expectations from company and head of departments.

Qualification
- Highly details-oriented, able to work independently, enjoy interfacing with other staff at all levels, excellent skills in verbal and written communication
- Possess a bachelor’s degree, certificate or Diploma
- 2- 5 years of experience
- Leadership skill and term-oriented thinking
- Strong problem solving, Strong orgaizational skills

**Salary**: RM1,659.82 - RM3,939.25 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Specialist: 2 years (preferred)
