Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive with sea freight import shipment handling experience from the freight forwarding industry. The role involves managing import shipments, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily sea freight import shipments from pre-alert to final delivery.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, carriers, co-loaders, transporters, and internal teams.
  • Prepare and manage import documents (DO, billing, clearance documents, etc.).
  • Provide timely shipment updates and support customers professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and customs requirements.

Requirements

  • 1–5 years' experience in sea freight import customer service (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of import procedures and documentation.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and planning skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple shipments efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM4,800.00 per month
