Freight Customer Service Assistant Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Freight Assistant Manager to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise customer service team in freight/logistics operations
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and shipment issues efficiently
- Liaise with clients, oversea agents, shipping lines, transporters, and internal departments
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery and documentation
- Prepare reports and support continuous service improvement
- Assist in training and performance evaluation of team members
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service satisfaction
Work Location:
- Bukit Tinggi, Klang
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in freight forwarding / shipping / logistics is required (min 5 years)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Responsible, Teamwork, Passionate.
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Able to speak fluent Chinese & English as to be able to communicate with overseas agents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4, RM5,500.00 per month
