**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Support & Communication**
- Provide accurate information on shipment status, delivery times, and logistics processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the company.

**Order & Shipment Coordination**
- Process customer orders and ensure timely entry into the logistics system.
- Coordinate with the operations, warehouse, and transport teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor shipments from pickup to delivery and provide status updates to customers.

**Problem Resolution**
- Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Investigate shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies and provide solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the supervisor or relevant department when necessary.

**Documentation & Reporting**
- Prepare and manage transportation documents, invoices, and delivery orders.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on customer service performance and shipment status.

**Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable logistics solutions.
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and logistics management software.
- Knowledge of shipping documentation, customs processes, and incoterms is an advantage.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM1,733.73 - RM3,912.31 per month
