We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive with excellent communication skills, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the Home or Personal Care products industry.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
Manage Unilever International accounts, including order fulfillment, shipment bookings, deliveries, and handling customer complaints.
- Accurately enter customer orders into the SAP system based on supply and demand planning.
- Handle goods return processes efficiently and in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor and track customers’ monthly collections and outstanding payments.
- Prepare and generate weekly reports for superiors.
- Conduct weekly follow-ups on open purchase orders and stock on hands for Unilever.
- Manage quarterly closing activities and resubmit purchase orders into SAP for all customers.
- Maintain and update the shipment folder for the Logistics Warehouse.
- Submit requisition forms and commercial claims to the Finance Department.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Qualification: At least Diploma in Business, Administration, Management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
