**Job Scopes**:
1. Responsible for orders processing, purchases and logistic functions.
3. Follow-up deliveries for local and oversea customers.
4. Work closely with Sales, Production and Planning team on demand planning and tackle any issue immediately to ensure on time delivery to customers.
5. Preparation of monthly sales report and inventory report.
6. Conduct annual customer survey, analysis of results to meet customer satisfaction.
7. To arrange inbound and outbound shipments by coordinating with internal and customers.
8. Coordinate shipment with freight forwarders, perform air or sea cargo booking.
10. To maintain proper records of invoicing, purchase order, quotation and customer information.
11. Conduct annual customer survey, analysis of results to meet customer satisfaction.
12. To execute purchase orders and follow up deliveries of trading finished goods.
13. Manage aged trading finished goods and replenishment stock.

**Requirements**:
2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
3. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service and Logistics or equivalent.
4. Outstanding communications, negotiation and multi-tasking skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
