Position Summary
The ideal candidate will responsible for Asia Customer Service team in assisting sales and inter- departmental activities. The work content is internal sales oriented and meeting the responsibility in assisting and eventually handling jobs commercially from the client's enquiry to acceptance of the finished plan.
A day in the life of...
- Responsible for order processing, sales and logistic assistance for enquiries. The individual must have the ability to process orders which received from front office team, expedite orders, follow-up with clients and keep a proper tracking record.
- To review orders from customer and check the appropriate information to in line with quotation / proposal which issued by front office.
- To provide, efficient and excellent quality of sales support and administrative service to the Sales Manager, including processing sales order, delivery schedule, changing and updating order, processing delivery order, invoice and billing as well as resolving any documentation errors for all product.
- To assist when necessary, in achieving sales budgets through sales and marketing activities.
- To check and review on all sales order, delivery arrangement, billing comply with company policy.
- To process CN, DN and GRN when necessary.
- To execute order with ERP system and liaise with various factories for registering order.
- To liaise with Logistics officer to deliver order in time.
- To liaise with Finance department in raising invoice and timely receipts of payment from customer.
- To send reminders of payment due dates and customer credit issues to relevant sales person.
- To efficiently provide services to customers by advising delivery status, order status etc. as per standard set by the company.
- To perform other tasks that contributes to the smooth daily operations as be referred to memo or letters.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
What will make you successful
- At least Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- At least 2 years of working experience in customer service related field.
- Good communication in English & Malay (both verbal & written).
- Strong interpersonal skill and Organization skill.
- PC Skills: Basic Windows, Excel, Word, Power Point, SAP Modules: FI/CO/SD/MM.
