**Description of Job**
- Responsible for filling, sorting and retrieving of electronically stored or hardcopy documentation in a timely accurate and efficient manner.
- Maintain good filling system and tracking of documents.
- Update all the incoming and outgoing documents and make sure being stored properly.
- Make sure the controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and supplier accordingly.
- Ensure all documentation provided is as per quality formatting requirements.
- Any ad-hoc tasks when required.

**Academic requirements:**
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Accurate, analytical and initiative to work.
- Motivating team player, drive results, good communication skills.
- Good communication skills and knowledge in administration work.
- Detail oriented, dependable and trustworthy.
- Required skill(s): MS Office
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
