Sales Admin Executive

**What is your role?**
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, communicate and filing important documents.
- To liaise and follow up with Forwarder and Shipping Agent for all related shipment bookings.
- Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment, products and/or material.
- Perform online Marketing, Advertisement, and survey.
- To manage and maintain customer relationships by providing prompt support upon customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist and participate in trade shows locally and overseas.
- To communicate with international and local customers on a regular basis to update the status of the goods deliveries.
- To manage client visits to manufacturing plants local and outstations.
- Pre-Shipment product inspection at manufacturing plants.
- To support daily operation and administration works, knowledge and ability to process shipping documents such as checking Invoice/P.o/D.o
- To ensure works accuracy and good liaise with Account Dept.
- Familiar with import and export procedures and documentation in custom and port authority..
- To handle tasks and assignments given by management from time to time.

**Who are we looking for?**
- We need someone who can establish friendly and professional customer interaction at all times
- Required language(s)**:Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.**:
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Online Marketing Advertisement (Alibaba, go4wordbusiness, etc.)
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
- However, Fresh Graduate is welcoming to apply
- Excellent communication skills and interact with all level people.
- Able to communicate and negotiate shipping terms.
- Able to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
- Responsible and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Willing to travel.
- **Full-time positions are available in Bandar Puteri Puchong.**
