Accounts Executive

Able to handle full set of accounts.
Accounting functions:
1. Maintain updated records of accounting information and budgetary control of the business unit.
2. Prepare monthly reports for management journal, vouchers for year-end adjustments, journal vouchers for audit postings, capital budgets, management reports and the yearly consolidated accounts for the company in an accurate and timely manner.
3. Record, verify and update into the accounting system all accounting transactions and documents as required for the processing of accounts receivable, accounts payable, statements, purchase orders, worksheets, etc.
4. Maintain accounting records, match invoices to purchase orders, prepare data for computer input, file financial records, etc.
5. Prepare, maintain and reconcile petty cash.
Credit functions:
1. Update records on the status of all billings, collections and delinquent accounts and provide monthly reports to the Superior.
2. Prepare invoices, bills and journal voucher for fixed assets and its' depreciation charges.
General functions:
1. Perform inventory stock-take on materials/goods stored at site store/factory of the business unit.
2. Perform other duties as instructed from time to time by the Accountant.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
