**Roadshow Assistant JD**:

- Participate and working closely with Head of Sales, assisting in sales & promotional activities throughout branches in East & West Malaysia.
- Identifying the needs and preference of the customer.
- Approaching potential customers, giving advice on jewelry buying
- Arranging jewelry for display & stock count before and after the roadshow.
- Assists customer by packing, billing, and sales closing.
- Your performance measure upon hitting the monthly KPI of Gold Jewel selling at minimum of RM50,000.
- Your monthly KPI target will be adjust from time to time based on business directions.
- Conduct lives to promote our product at social media platforms.
- Cleaning and tidy up roadshow locations.
- To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned when required

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM qualification or above.
- With sales experience preferably in retail / jewellery industry.
- Must be able to travel around.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Motivated with good attitude.
- Able to follow instruction
