_**Job Description**_
1) **Training & Development**
- Plan and conduct onboarding and continuous training for outlet staff.
- Develop training materials, manuals, and programs to improve service and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Ensure effective management, training, and development of all team members employed in service outlets.
2) **SOP Development & Implementation**
- Draft, update, and standardize operational SOPs across all outlets.
- Ensure staff adhere to all SOPs through routine checks and training.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to improve operational processes.
3) **HALAL Compliance & Audit**
- Ensure HALAL practices are implemented in accordance with JAKIM or relevant authorities.
- Prepare and coordinate for HALAL audits and inspections.
- Maintain documentation for HALAL certification and renewals.
- Liaise with HALAL certification bodies.
4) **Product & Outlet Support**
- Responsible for new product development and implementation.
- Assist outlets with technical support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support new franchise outlet openings to ensure smooth setup and operations.
- Assist in day-to-day operations and company events when needed.
5) **Audit & Quality Assurance**
- Conduct regular internal audits on outlets to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Report audit findings and follow up on corrective actions.
**Requirements**:
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
- General Industry experience: 1 to 2 years Ability to work closely with and support team members
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to meet timelines given to complete tasks
- Fresh grads with the relevant background and prior experience will also be considered
- Familiar with HALAL certification and SOP implementation.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Willing to travel for outlet visits, openings, and audits.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Up to RM2,300.00 per month
