We are looking for a Security Supervisor to join our team.
**As a Security Supervisor, we rely on you to**:
Responsible for the supervision of all security staff and contracted security staff in the implementation and observation of all security and safety policies of the Hotel.
Be responsible for access control and patrols.
Maintain Hotel security and protect safety and assets of all Hotel guests, visitors, employees
Project a professional, efficient and reassuring image to all Hotel guests, visitors and employees
Respond to emergencies according to standard operating procedure (SOP) and ensure the safety of guests and colleagues
**We are looking for someone who has**:
Diploma / Certificate or above with professional qualifications in Security Management or any field or
Minimum of 2 years experience with minimum 1 years supervisory experience in Hotel / Security industry.
Knowledge of security access control system, alarm monitoring system and CCTV system.
Good Interpersonal skills and communications skills.
Good command of spoken English and Malay.
Able to work independently.
Able to assess risks and perform independent Security operations.
Is a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader.
Natural ability to anticipate guest's needs.
Able to commit shift duty.
Work closely with the police department of Malaysia.
