**Tugas & Tanggungjawab**:
- Bertanggungjawab untuk mencari dan mendapatkan sumber, membuat rundingan dan membeli bahan mentah/perkhidmatan/produk daripada pihak pembekal.
- Menjaga operasi keperluan pembelian harian seperti merancang, membuat pesanan dan follow up pembelian serta jadual penghantaran dan penerimaan.
- Menilai sebut harga pembekal untuk memastikan yang mereka sesuai dengan spesifikasi teknikal dan komersial yang diperlukan dalam projek.
- Mencari jalan penyelesaian isu-isu dengan pembekal mengenai masalah yang timbul termasuk bekalan, kualiti, teknikal, perkhidmatan, harga dan masalah-masalah invois.
- Menilai prestasi pembekal & memastikan kriteria sentiasa dipenuhi.
- Membuat semakan kuantiti dan kualiti bahan mentah/perkhidmatan/produk dari pembekal bagi setiap kali penerimaan di tapak projek.
- Merekod atau membuat laporan brang-barang yang sudah di pesan.
- Lain-lain tugasan yang diberikan oleh pihak pengurusan.

- SPM
- Mempunyai pengalaman dalam bidang purchase admin merupakan satu kelebihan
**Working hours**:
- Isnin - Jumaat (9:00AM - 5:30PM)
- Sabtu (9:00AM - 1:00PM)
Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
