**Requirements**:

- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate in Marketing or related disciplines.
- Able to speak in Mandarin.
- Proven work experience in social media copywriting and/or digital marketing with more than 2 years of professional experience and solid portfolio of work.
- Experience in entrepreneurship or related field will be an added advantage.
- Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides.
- Hands-on experience using various social media platforms to advertise and familiar with online paid advertising.
- Excellent communication and writing skills for Chinese content. Keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement across various platforms on Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
- Create compelling content for graphics, videos, and other multimedia materials by working with our creative and marketing team to captivate our audience and promote our products/services.
- Create effective social media campaigns to generate quality leads.
- Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience’s behaviors through A/B testing and data analysis to improve effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Test, measure, analyze, and optimize the performance of search, social, content to display across conversion funnels to boost customer engagement and conversions, and lower cost of customer acquisition.
- Conduct competitor analysis and study market trends to develop digital marketing strategies with innovative ideas to stay ahead in the industry.
- Develop and present learnings from analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations to facilitate ads decisions and control ads budget.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms, and propose innovative ideas to optimize our digital marketing efforts.
- Carry out, as and when required, any additional tasks and responsibilities which are reasonably compatible with this job description and objectives.
