**Reports to**:School Board of Governance

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide visionary leadership across the Early Years, Primary, Secondary, and A-Level programmes
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the school’s mission, values, and growth targets
- Oversee curriculum planning, academic standards, and school-wide assessment practices in collaboration with senior curriculum coordinator(s)
- Manage school operations, budgets, and staff performance in collaboration with the senior leadership team
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performing learning environment
- Lead the school’s external representation and stakeholder engagement with parents, regulatory bodies, and the community

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership or related field
- Leadership experience in international schools/education field is preferred
- Knowledge of Cambridge Curriculum (EY, Primary, Secondary, A-Level)
- Strong strategic, organisational, and people management skills
