**OBJECTIVE**:
To develop and executive strategy for Public Relation - to increase & improve the brand trust & credibility.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1*.**Build Brand Trust & Credibility*
- **Develop & Execute PR Strategies**: Craft compelling narratives and execute brand-focused PR plans that elevate the reputation of Airda X and its brands across digital and traditional platforms.
- **Secure Third-Party Endorsements**: Proactively seek media features, awards, and certifications that reinforce our credibility and leadership in the industry.
- **Monitor Brand Sentiment**: Use tools to monitor online and offline conversations about the brand and manage potential risks to brand reputation with timely response strategies.

2. **Engage & Activate Influencers**
- **Identify & Onboard the Right Voices**: Scout, evaluate, and approach influencers, KOLs, and micro-creators whose values align with our brand story and vision.
- **Build Long-Term Relationships**: Create structured programs to maintain strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with influencers through ongoing communication, content collaboration, and value-sharing.
- **Measure Campaign Impact**: Track influencer campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and provide insights to optimize future collaborations.

3. **Drive Public Relations & Community Engagement**
- **Lead Media Relations**: Write, pitch, and distribute press releases, articles, and op-eds to secure coverage in relevant news outlets, blogs, and industry platforms.
- **Coordinate Events & Brand Moments**: Plan and execute media-facing events, pop-ups, and community activations to generate buzz and deepen brand connection with the public.
- **Foster Brand Advocacy**: Engage with brand fans, customers, and community leaders to cultivate organic brand ambassadors and user-generated content that amplifies trust.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's in Marketing, Content Creation or Business

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Chinese Speaking (小红书 Platform)
- 26 Years Old, age group of XHS user

**Preferences**:

- Own laptop
- Must know read and write Mandarin
