The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of apartments and surrounding areas according to prescribed standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Check the status of apartments daily.
- Clean and make up apartments as per established standards.
- Perform daily activities such as:

- Making beds, changing sheets and pillowcases.
- Cleaning bathrooms and fixtures.
- Cleaning living/dining areas and kitchenettes.
- Vacuuming carpets, upholstered furniture, and appliances.
- Replenishing bathroom and room supplies.
- Emptying and cleaning ashtrays and waste baskets.
- Cleaning refrigerators, sinks, and ovens.
- Cleaning soiled glasses, chinaware, and flatware.
- Replacing light bulbs.
- Cleaning vacant apartments and ensuring all appliances are functional.
- Reporting malfunctions and replacing missing equipment or supplies.
- Preparing a maid’s cart and replenishing supplies before cleaning.
- Completing reports and handing over found articles to the Supervisor.
- Reporting any laundry bags with completed lists found in rooms.
- Clean and maintain service areas and equipment daily; assist Cleaners with hallways and lift lobbies.
- Assist public area attendants with carpet cleaning when necessary.
- Report suspicious persons and malfunctioning equipment to the superior.
- Move furniture as required.
- Perform any special work assigned by Supervisors.
- Familiarize with emergency policies.
- Report for duty punctually in the correct uniform and name tag.
- Provide courteous and professional service at all times.
- Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and other departments.
- Ensure high standards of personal grooming.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.- Job Requirement
