Shipping Admin Clerk

Submit documents for customs via e-Manifest.
- Prepare documentation such as Shipping Orders and Bills of Lading.
- Contact shippers and receivers of goods.
- Verify vendors' invoices and issue invoices to principals or customers.
- Assist to reply enquiries on estimated port disbursement account and ship agency services.
- Prepare & submit invoice on final port disbursement account to principal.
- Do filing, scan invoices for digital filing and courier shipping documents to principals and customers.
- Collect payments from customers and monitor customer account.
- Assist to submit documents for new customers agency appointment with customs.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
**Requirement**
- At least Diploma holder.
- 3 years working experience and preferably in the same industry.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Must be computer literate.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
