The HSE Promoter is responsible for promoting and supporting the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and practices at the construction site. This role involves assisting in the coordination of safety programs, raising awareness among workers, and ensuring compliance with site HSE policies and procedures during onshore construction activities such as fabrication and installation works.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote HSE awareness and safe work practices among all site personnel.
- Conduct daily site safety walkabouts and observations to ensure safe conditions and behavior.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of site-specific HSE plans and procedures.
- Support the HSE team in organizing safety briefings, toolbox talks, and safety campaigns.
- Monitor compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
- Report unsafe acts or conditions and participate in incident/accident investigations when required.
- Assist in emergency drills and ensure readiness of firefighting and first aid equipment.
- Maintain HSE records such as inspection checklists, induction records, and safety observation reports.
- Coordinate with supervisors to rectify identified HSE issues promptly.
- Participate in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **Certificate in a relevant discipline**.
- At least **3 years of working experience** in HSE functions in the construction industry.
- Must possess at minimum a **Certificate of Attendance for Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) Course**.
- Must have completed **Basic Firefighting Training**, **First Aid Training**, and other relevant safety courses.
- Demonstrated recent experience as an **HSE Promoter in onshore construction**, particularly in **fabrication and/or installation works**.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
- Safety-conscious and proactive in promoting a culture of health and safety at the worksite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM5,000.00 per month
