Job Summary: Reporting to the Assistant / Logistics Manager, the Logistics Clerk is responsible
Role and Responsibilities
- Follow-up production output to ensure correct cargoes produced and on time to meet shipment.
- Responsible to monitor and up keeping inventory movement (receiving & shipment) in excel file.
- To prepare daily and monthly inventory report.
- Responsible for maintaining proper logistics and warehouse and report especially those related to stock count.
- To make sure accuracy of inventory reporting.
- Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor / Planner on cargo readiness for shipment.
- To monitor slow-moving / aged stock
- To follow strictly Safety Rules and Regulations and Company’s Policy.
- To perform other related duties assigned or requested by the Management from time to time.
- Ensure effective implementation of ISO 9001.
Job Success Requirements
- Can manage all related reports and maintain all documentations related to supply and distribution.
Additional Notes / Desirable Skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
