_**Responsibilities**:_
- Manages and process payroll for 600 employees and manages data in both local and global HRMS systems and contribute to the ongoing improvements to the HRMS and Payroll system and process.
- Managing the time attendance system and ensure timely payout of overtime payment for factory employee.
- Upload employee salary payment in bank portal.
- Prepared monthly Fixed Term Employee (FTE) and manhours reporting to Finance.
- Prepare monthly payroll report for Wages, Monthly, Executive and Expats employee.
- Ensure payroll is compliant to company policy, Legal/Statutory/Labor Law declarations and responsible for filing and hard copies of payroll/statutory documents.
- Performs yearly personnel cost/budget forecast to Finance, prepares Reconciliation, Payroll and other reports to HR and Finance.
- Prepare yearly employee contribution change rate, work’s men compensation fund reporting and payment.
- Submit monthly Tax (PND1) and payment.
- Submit yearly Tax (PND1A) report.
- Ensure timely submission of Tisco payment to finance.
- Prepare Insurance report on monthly moment for registration, termination, and moment.
- Assist in Compensation & Benefits administrative functions and responsible for the administration of medical and insurance data and manage employee’s leave record and system.
- In charge of all payroll, data related audits to ensuring 100% compliance and work on ad-hoc projects depending on the need of Business Unit.
- **Requirements**:_
- Bachelor’s Degree in HRM or any related filed
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll from FMCG industry will be an advantage
- Experience as maker in bank upload
- Able to solve complex situation
- Computer literacy especially excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
- A people-oriented professional capable of working collaboratively, addressing payroll queries, and providing guidance to HRBPs
- Proficient in local statutory and legal regulations, as well as payroll calculations
- Multitasking, juggle different priorities/stakeholders, strong process control, meticulous, attention to details, good analytical and numerical skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
