**Job Scope**:

- Homework Assistance: Guide students through their homework, ensuring they understand classroom material and complete assignments effectively.
- Individualized Support: Create tailored learning plans to address the unique needs of each student.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, focused, and orderly classroom environment.
- Parent Communication: Regularly update parents on their child’s progress and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Professional Development: Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and contribute to enhancing overall teaching quality.
- Assessment Preparation: Conduct regular quizzes or mock exams to support exam readiness.

**Job Requirement**:

- Have at least SPM or above (with or without experience, on-the-job training is provided)
- Annual performance bonus provided
- Initial training will be provided; after two weeks, tasks will transition to on-the-job training (OJT)
- Proficient in Mandarin, Malay, and English
- Strong communication skills.
