**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Rotate through key departments (e.g. Operations, Sales, Marketing,) to gain a broad understanding of business functions.
- Support day-to-day operations and assist in managing ongoing projects.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and leadership development programs.
- Assist in identifying process improvements and proposing solutions.
- Work closely with supervisors and senior managers to understand business strategies.
- Engage with customers, partners, and internal teams to build communication and problem-solving skills.
- Learn and adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Mass Communication or related field.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with proficiency in Chinese as an added advantage.
- Creative thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal copywriting skills.
- Basic customer service skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
