Marketing Engineer

**Working Days**:
5 days work week

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all aspects of pre and post quantity surveying and contract administration.
- Detail study and understanding of tender documents, specifications & requirements for any enquiry.
- Preparation of costing, BQ & quantity taking off and variation order cost.
- To ensure that the prices quoted in tender are accurate and appropriate.
- Measurement, taking off for on-going projects/issuance of contractual letters and notices to clients, sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Preparation of claims, tax invoices & verify sub-con claims.
- Finalization of account with customers, sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Any additional task assigned by superior / reporting head from time to time..

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in **Quantity Survey** or equivalent with **3 years relevant working experience** is advantageous.
- Analytical and objective driven personality.
- Able to work under minimum supervision at a tight-deadline and fast-paced environment.
- Past involvement and experiences in the tendering and costing would be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduate is welcomed.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
