The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

**About the Team**:

- Social Relationship Management Team is a business development team focused on pushing for the growth of social sellers on Shopee. Social media sellers who have built a strong presence on social platforms offer clear opportunities for Shopee to tap on for accelerated growth. The S-RM team has been set up to harness the power of these social sellers to drive traffic, sales and new buyers to Shopee.- Key account management for social sellers on Shopee's platform
- Ensure the growth of sellers under management both in terms of transaction volume and social program participation
- Ability to foster relationships and pitch key social programs to sellers over the phone
- Ability to manage a large volume of phone calls for key account management follow-ups and sales pitch
- Educate sellers on the details and benefits of the core Shopee’s platform program and Shopee’s social commerce program
- Build long-term relationships and foster trust with sellers under management
- Negotiate deals with sellers within the parameters of the program that Shopee have determined

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in any field, coupled with working experience in Account Management, Business Development or Sales
- Strong interests in e-commerce and social media
- Prior experience in social media-related roles would be a plus
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Innovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly
- Excellent command of English and the ability to converse fluently in other languages (e.g. Mandarin) will be an added advantage
