Customer Service

**Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound customer calls quickly and effectively, and take help from phone banking officers where necessary
- Sign up customers for I-Banking
- Route calls through IVR where applicable
- Maintain contact records to reflect current information
- Requests and complaints Turn around
- Promote cross sell of all banking products
- Maintain accuracy of information given to customers
- Probe & identify financial needs on service calls and pitch relevant solutions in line with customer charter.
- Ensure all sales pitches are made without any mis-selling
**Requirements**:
- Graduate / SPM with minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- Fresher or with 1-2 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English
- Basic computer skills (English C1 level)
- Strong service orientation
- Willingness to learn additional products
**C. Additional Details**
- Permanent job
- Staffs shall be confirmed earlier than their probation period (Based on performance
- Commission range within RM3000 - RM4000
- High chance to be transferred to Live Chat Department and other internal roles such as Team Leader, etc.
- Free shuttle bus from LRT Bukit Jalil to the working location
- Medical insurance, which can be shared with parents / spouse
- Annual leave - 31 days
- Low parking rate - RM7.30/day
- Normal working hours for first 2 months (Training Period)
- Internal career fair will be held frequently
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
