**A. Administrative**
- Perform all dispensing-related tasks, including verifying prescriptions, preparing, labeling, and dispensing medications in accordance with physicians’ orders, and compounding injectable and non-injectable preparations using proper aseptic techniques.
- Liaise with physicians to clarify any queries or discrepancies regarding medication use.
- Record all recommendations provided and corrective actions taken.
- Support the Pharmacist in collecting antibiotic usage data for hospital antibiotic stewardship activities.
- Represent the Pharmacist in team conferences when required, assisting in medication management education, addressing drug information requests, and counseling patients and families on discharge medications.
- Assist in ward checks and stock-taking activities alongside the Pharmacist.
- Act as a resource to other departments by providing accurate information on medication use.
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff regarding drug availability, formulations, side effects, and potential incompatibilities.
- Support the Pharmacist in managing pharmaceutical supplies and inventories, including selection, procurement, storage, and ordering, ensuring compliance with Malaysian laws, professional standards, and hospital policies.
- Help ensure formulary drugs are available in designated areas to minimize interruptions in patient care.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of work areas, equipment, and dispensing tools to ensure an organized and high standard of service delivery.

**B. Clinical**
- Address service-related issues promptly and tactfully using sound judgment.
- Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and legal standards of practice.
- Identify opportunities for new clinical programs based on community needs and contribute to their development as required.

**C. Quality Assurance Program**
- Provide support in all Quality Assurance Program activities.
- Participate in hospital initiatives on patient safety, risk management, and quality improvement.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a medication error and adverse drug reaction reporting system; monitor and analyze incidents and present regular reports to relevant hospital committees.
- Report risks, incidents, accidents, and work-related injuries in a timely manner.

**D. Training**
- Proactively seek learning opportunities related to rehabilitation diagnoses, services, and technologies within and outside of ReGen.
- Assist the Pharmacist in designing and delivering training and drug education programs for both internal and external stakeholders.

**E. Service Delivery**
- Demonstrate exceptional patient and customer service to foster trust, retain accounts, and strengthen referral networks.
- Serve as an advocate for rehabilitation services and promote awareness among hospitals and communities.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
