**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
- **Business Development**:

- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Develop strategies to expand the company’s client base and enhance service offerings.
- **Account Management**:

- Handle client accounts with a focus on understanding their specific needs and goals.
- Conduct monthly meetings with clients to discuss live stream updates and performance metrics.
- **Creative Problem Solving**:

- **Marketing and Branding**:

- Utilize a basic understanding of marketing and branding principles to assist clients in promoting their products/services.
- **Analytical Skills**:

- Analyze client data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Sales Experience**:

- Leverage at least 2 years of sales experience to drive client engagement and retention.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with live streaming platforms and technology is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
