Department Operations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationMalaysia - Kuala LumpurThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Leads the Asset sorters in making sure that there is enough manpower turn-up daily.
- Coordinates daily tasks for Asset Sorters (Inbound & Distribution).
- Ensures Asset storage warehouse is clean & in order.
- Coordinates the repair of Power Pallet Truck (PPT) & Hand Pallet Truck (HPT) with ASM team & outsource vendors.
- Manages the inbound & outbound of Automated Sorting Machine (ASM) spare parts.
**Requirements**:
- Degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management or relevant disciplines is preferred. Others with transferable skill sets are welcome to apply.
- Experienced in warehouse operations would be preferred.
- Strong leadership skills, promoting collaboration and teamwork across different departments/stakeholders.
- Able to proactively provide feedback and updates to relevant stakeholders is required.
