1. Menjawab panggilan telefon daripada pelanggan/suppliers
2. Mahir dengan MSWord/Excel/Powerpoint
4. Update database customers setiap hari di dalam excel
5. Follow up customers untuk dapatkan feedback selepas pembaikian dan juga naikkan rating di dalam google review
6. Closing account sebelum balik melalui system dan juga excel
3. Melakukan pembersihan ruang menunggu serta bahagian ofis sebelum memulakan tugas dan juga sebelum balik
4. Update database customers setiap hari di dalam excel
8. Bekerja di Kuang, Selangor. Tetapi perlu ke Saujana Utama (jika ada keperluan dan arahan atasan). Perjalanan pergi balik boleh claim mileage.
